Rental agreement

When booking the rental, it is established a rental contract sent and which will have to be returned with signature and down payment to confirm the reservation.

It is stated in the contract:

  • to keep in the locality the character of dwelling and not to transform it into commercial premises or other
  • to occupy the premises personally and I am prohibited from renting, renting, in whole or in part, even furnished, the rented premises, to substitute themselves for all persons and to lend the rented premises, even temporarily, to third parties, even for free
  • not to use heaters (except agreement specified in the contract)
  • to enjoy places in "good father"
  • to not smoke inside the house
  • inform immediately the owner or his representative of any loss or damage occurring, under penalty of any consequences
  • to waive all liability claims against the owners in the event of theft, burglary or any other criminal or criminal acts of which I could be a victim in the rented or common places in case of interruption in the service of water, gas, electricity or other common services
  • the house is delivered with the household carried out, it is asked to return the house also clean - failing cleaning, a fee will be levied on the deposit
  • to restore the premises in perfect condition and, for this purpose, I deposit in the hands of the owners a deposit of 400.00 euros in check or cash on my arrival
  • in the context of animals, to clean the garden to restore it clean
  • to carry out the cleaning, in order to restore the property as at your arrival, at our inventory - failing that, it will be taken a cleaning fee on the deposit following the statement This deposit will be returned to me at my departure, deduction made sums which may be due to the owners and in particular for rental repairs which I would be indebted to because of the tenant.
  • to respect the dates of arrivals and departures
  • Arrivals: the 1st day of the effective date of the contract - From 2 pm
  • departures: the last day provided for on the contract at 12 noon maximum

Rates - Tourist tax

The tourist tax is included in the price. We ask no supplement.
