About

We are from Vendée, more precisely from Saint Gilles Croix de Vie. Our whole family lives partly on the side and the inner cities.

We live now in Nantes for work reasons, but come regularly to the coast to see the family, but also take a breath of fresh air, nature and iodine.

Over the years, we have seen the change take place in the town of Saint Hilaire de Riez. It has, as everywhere, enlarged, modernized, but also has kept its spirit of calm and "city on the coast" which has still kept its charm, with beaches not loaded, and quiet streets (and no parking paying!).

We built our second home by knowing the area very well. Our goal was to have a RT2012 standard house, ideally placed between Hyper U and the beach, the Sion Oec OR triangle. You have everything nearby.

We built our second home by knowing the area very well. Our goal was to have a house RT2012 standards, isolated and integrated perfectly in the appearance of houses in the region.

We wanted above all a large living space, with a beautiful kitchen with a large worktop to have the pleasure of meeting all around a drink.

The house was built in 2016, and still continue to bring additional elements and attentions, with always aim to make our (and yours ) the most pleasant stay possible.
